About the Author
Scott Green is the Executive Director for WilmerHale, one of the
largest law Firms in the world.  He has global responsibility for the f
or
the firm's operations in 10
offices in 6 countries.  Scott has over 20
years experience in
management and control related activities.  Scott
has authored two books
, Sarbanes-Oxley and the Board of
Directors
, and Manager's Guide to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He
has written numerous articles for academic and professional journals
and magazines.  
In 2006, Scott was inducted into the AICPA Business
and Industry Hall of Fame.
He is often quoted and cited in national
publications such as
Time, CIO Insight, USA Today among others.  
Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of
Idaho and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
He has previoiusly taught Finance and
Banking as an adjunct instructor at Hofstra University. Scott lives in Glen Head, New York with his
wife, Gabriella and their two children.
